Nice to meet you, I'm Aimi ♪

She has studied classical ballet since she was a child.

After graduating from high school, I moved to the United States for about four years.

I have been exposed to other dance genres, cultures and people!

Currently, I work as a backup dancer and dance instructor.

I was in America dancing nonstop without any maintenance, and I got injured, so I had to rebuild my body.

I learned firsthand the importance of maintenance.

I learned about Pilates through Moco, and I was hooked on its benefits and wanted to learn more.

I became an instructor!

Now I love Pilates because it not only helps me to get my body in shape, but also makes me feel happy.

Even if something is a little tough, I can do my best because it's with me and everyone else!!

I want to provide fun and fulfilling lessons.
