I have been doing jazz dance since I was a child.

I was taking lessons every day to become a professional dancer, but I was constantly in pain in my lower back and knees.
I had accepted that it was something that couldn't be helped as a dancer.


It was at this time that I discovered Pilates, and was amazed to find that the pain in my body had disappeared.
Since then, Pilates has become such a part of my life that I can't live without it!

I no longer get injured while dancing, my performance has improved, and I even won first place in a dance contest!!

Pilates is recommended not only for people who exercise regularly, but also for those who get stiff from desk work or standing jobs!



Pilates is fun, beautiful and healthy.
Let's update our personal best together!
