I became a personal trainer/team trainer after I sustained an injury while playing handball.
I also use my experience as an orthopedic trainer, teaching Pilates based on medicine, to currently instruct a wide range of clients, from children to the elderly and professional athletes.
Pilates is very effective in improving pain and strain and improving performance.
