Our lessons are focused on your entire body, from head to toe.
So, during your time here, we'll have you fully engage with your own body.
By stimulating your normally unused inner muscles,
expanding your range of motion and restoring your body to its natural mobility, previously unused parts of your body will start moving,
boosting your metabolism and making it easier to lose weight!
By loosening, stretching, and restoring your body to its proper position,
you'll find it easier to maintain good posture,
and your walking and movements will be more beautiful!
By training with proper posture,
you can focus on the muscles you want to work more,
and move them with control.
If you can keep this in mind on a regular basis,
all of your movements and everyday activities will become exercise and training.
We'll be conducting lessons to heighten this awareness.
