Nice to meet you, I'm Aimi!

I've studied classical ballet since I was a child.

After graduating from high school, I moved to the United States for about four years.

I've been exposed to other dance genres, diverse cultures, and people!

Currently, I work as a backup dancer and dance instructor.

During my time in the United States, I danced constantly without any maintenance, which led to an injury. I had to rebuild my body,

and I learned firsthand the importance of maintenance.

I discovered Pilates through Moco, fell in love with its benefits, and wanted to learn more.

I became an instructor!

Now I love Pilates because it not only helps me toned my body, but also makes me feel happy.

Even if something is a little tough, I can do it because I'm with everyone!

I hope to provide fun and fulfilling lessons.
