I've been doing jazz dance since I was a child.
I took daily lessons with the goal of becoming a professional dancer, but I was constantly in pain in my hips and knees.
I had given up, thinking that it was just something that couldn't be helped as a dancer.
Then I discovered Pilates, and I was thrilled to find that the pain in my body had disappeared.
Since then, Pilates has become such a part of my life that I can't live without it!
I no longer get injured while dancing, my performance has improved, and I even won first place in Japan in a dance contest!!
Pilates is recommended not only for people who exercise regularly, but also for those who suffer from stiff muscles from desk work or standing jobs!
Pilates is fun, beautiful, and healthy.
