I discovered Pilates while studying yoga.

While there may be some similarities at first glance,

Yoga and Pilates are two different approaches to self-care.

I started Pilates to build a foundation for my body,

and by continuing to practice, I was able to correct my bad habits,

and now I have better posture, a healthier mind, and a healthier life.
