I started dancing at the age of 12, and have appeared on television, in contests, and at numerous events.

I currently work as a dance instructor.

During my daily dance routine,

I developed back pain.

What I gained from starting Pilates was:

● My back no longer hurts when I dance!

● My once-muscular body lines have become more feminine!

● My long-standing concerns and insecurities have improved, and I've gained self-confidence!

● My increased confidence has made my days more enjoyable, and my dreams and goals have expanded!

I became an instructor because I wanted to use my experience to help people who are struggling with everyday issues.

What I value most in my lessons is that they are fun! Refreshing! Comfortable!

I will do my best to provide fun, beautiful lessons with a program and pace tailored to each individual!

I will do my best to support you!
