After earning a yoga qualification in Japan, I studied Ashtanga yoga in the naturally rich island of Bali.

Through yoga, I discovered Pilates,

and experienced the benefits and changes it brought to my body, improving posture and mobility.

I was so moved by the wonder of how transforming your body can be at any age that I obtained a Pilates qualification.

Currently, I work as a Pilates and yoga instructor,

mixing Pilates, yoga, and meditation into my daily routine,

and striving to lead a disciplined life.

Pilates and yoga are a part of my life and important "habits."

In addition to Pilates and yoga, I offer a wide range of classes, including aerial yoga, self-lymphatic care, aromatherapy massage, and myofascial release.
