She discovered yoga at the age of 18 and began her career as a yoga instructor.

In 2018, she spent about a month in India

immersed in yoga and Ayurveda.

After returning to Japan, she launched "Mari's Yoga."

She has worked as a model, appeared on Amazon Prime,

on Season 2 of "The Bachelor Japan,"

and won the Miss World Japan and Miss Yoga 2019 titles.

She has appeared on TV and at major events, mainly in the Kansai and Tokyo regions,

as well as corporate yoga and studio lessons.

She teaches yoga, SUP yoga, and Pilates in natural settings, such as parks, under the stars, by the sea, and Lake Biwa.
