I spent my elementary school years immersed in ballet.

I spent my youth doing street dance and working as a backup dancer.

After becoming a mother, I got into yoga and discovered Pilates in my late 30s.

I was captivated by the immediate results of Pilates using the Reformer,

and became an instructor.

I aim for a homely class where everyone can share their concerns and questions during the workout.
