Nice to meet you, I'm Yumi.

I spent my elementary school years immersed in ballet,

I spent my youth doing street dance and had experience as a backup dancer.

After becoming a mother, I got into yoga, and in my late 30s I discovered Pilates.

I was fascinated by the immediate results of Pilates using the Reformer,

I became an instructor.

I aim for homey lessons where everyone can share their concerns and questions during the workout.
