After entering the workforce, I became a dancer,
and then an instructor.
Over the years, I'd undergone various training programs,
and found it difficult to manage myself as my body changed.
When I discovered Pilates, I found it extremely effective in improving performance, preventing injuries, and aligning my body and mind.
Women's bodies change dramatically as their lifestyles change.
I support women with the desire to help them stay happy and true to themselves at all times.
With my background in dance instruction,
I'm skilled at bringing out the charm and potential of each individual!
