Hi, I'm Mai.

I started exercising because I wanted to lose weight.

I studied yoga, strength training, and nutrition.

Through repeated failures and successes,

I was aiming to achieve my ideal body shape.

I discovered Pilates!

There are many benefits to be gained from Pilates.

Achieve mental and physical health!

I hope that after your lesson,
