♡ A sustainable, supple body ♡
Hello, my name is Natsumi.
I started Pilates at studio tou and have experienced a transformation in both body and mind.
[My past self]
Until now, I've been a perennial dieter, constantly gaining and losing weight.
As I got older, my muscle strength declined, and I was no longer able to dance as well as I wanted, a practice I'd been practicing since I was seven.
My mind was constantly filled with weight and calorie calculations. (My weight varied by 7kg every year between summer and winter.)
[My present self]
Since incorporating Pilates into my life, I've been living a healthier life, both physically and mentally. ♪
Before I knew it, my stomach and inner thighs had toned, my swayback and stiff shoulders had improved, and I was able to maintain my figure effortlessly.
[My lessons]
I believe beauty comes in many forms, but I offer Pilates-based body shaping to those who want a supple, toned, and beautiful body.
I create the perfect workout for each client based on their current concerns and physical habits.
And what's more, I strive to make sure that your lessons leave you feeling energized, motivated, and fun!
And ultimately, even after you graduate from my lessons,
I hope that you'll be able to take care of your body on your own. ♪
